From Booth Design to NGO Support: Everything You Need to Know About the Exhibition
As the 3rd International Sustainable Cities Exhibition approaches (October 21-24, 2025, Kish Island), the exhibition secretariat has released four official announcements addressing important topics such as NGO participation, booth design, financial support for stations, and participant communications. These announcements are made available to the public to ensure better coordination and enhance the exhibition's quality:
1️⃣ Announcement No. 1: Free Participation for NGOs
With the aim of fulfilling social responsibility, the exhibition will allocate a portion of its space to NGOs and organizations active in the fields of sustainability and environmental protection. Free participation is offered to accredited organizations or those with creative programs.
Booth design must adhere to the use of green and blue colors, minimal construction, smart technologies, and the elimination of plastic and paper advertisements. Emphasis is placed on creative and sustainable design.
3️⃣ Announcement No. 3: Financial Support for Specialized Stations
This is an opportunity for organizations and brands to provide financial support for specialized exhibition stations, including the Children’s Station, Education Station, NGO Stations, Media, Culture, Art, Panels, Workshops, and the International Pavilion, with the aim of strengthening social responsibility.
All participants are invited to engage creatively in the exhibition’s communication campaign and enjoy special benefits such as media exposure and eligibility for the Best Booth Award.
