Ministry of Communications and Information Technology: Includes departments related to communications and planning, information technology, innovation, the national telecommunications company, specialized parent companies, infrastructure communications company, the organization for regulation and radio communications, Iran’s Information Technology Organization, Iran Post Bank, the National Post Company of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Iran Space Agency, the Institute of Communications and Information Technology, Pardis Technology Park, and more.

Ministry of Petroleum: Encompasses the National Oil Company (including regional oil companies, Pars Oil and Gas Company, fuel consumption optimization company, etc.), the National Gas Company, and the National Petrochemical Industries Company (including petrochemical plants such as Kharg Petrochemical, Bandar Imam Petrochemical, Shazand Arak Petrochemical, Arya Sasol Polymer, and Jam Petrochemical).
